The accommodation comprises Entrance Hall leading to an open plan Living Room/Dining Area and Kitchen. The comfortably furnished Living Area has a TV and video, a DVD and a CD/Radio. For cool and cozy evenings there is a wood burner and for barmy summer evenings french doors opening to a private and secure Garden Area with garden chairs and table and a barbeque. The modern Kitchen is fully fitted and well equipped with fridge/freezer, cooker and ceramic hob, dish washer, washing machine and microwave.

Bedrooms comprise a Twin Bedroom with an En-suite shower room and toilet. There is a Double Bedroom with it's own TV with stairs leading to a Galleried Single Bedroom tucked into the beamed ceiling. All bedrooms have plenty of storage with wardrobes and drawers.

There is a seperate Family Bathroom, with bath, basin and loo.

A cot and high chair are available on request. Electricity and oil-fired central heating are included in the price along with a starter pack of fuel for the wood-burner. (Further fuel can be purchased from Jex Farm).
