Jex Farmhouse is Grade II listed set down a private drive surrounded by fields and meadows. Run by Stephen and Lynne Harvey the Harvey family have farmed in Little Snoring for 90 years having bought Jex Farm in 1943, an arable farm growing malting barley and sugarbeet.

 

The B & B is a former dairy attached to the house which was tastefully renovated in 2009 and consists of 3 rooms all en-suite: The Parlour at the front of the building looks out over the front garden and pond, it has a superking bed which can be converted to 2 singles. The Creamery and The Dairy have kingsize beds and enjoy stunning views of the Church and rear garden. All the rooms have freeview tv and WiFi available. Guests have the use of an enclosed patio garden area, a real suntrap in the summer and guests are also welcome to enjoy the front garden and pond

.

Enjoy a full english breakfast cooked on the family Aga, special dietry requirements are catered for, please let us know when you book your stay. All our eggs sausages bacon etc are supplied locally and we also have our own bantum eggs, we also use Walsingham Farm Shop which is certainly worth a visit during your stay.
Our rooms are all on the ground floor making it suitable for less able bodied visitors. We are sorry we do not allow pets with the exception of guide dogs. We are happy to welcome children over the age of 10. Our accommodation is a non-smoking environment.

We have our own resident Barn Owls and Little Owls on the farm, the Little Owls nest in the Ash tree just across from the guests dining area. The Barn Owls are regularly seen every day morning and late afternoon so guests often get to see them whilst enjoying breakfast.

 

On arrival guests are served with freshly made homemade cakes or scones and a pot of tea or coffee and when in season strawberries or rasberries from our garden. We like our guests to enjoy a relaxing friendly homely stay when they visit Jex Farm and look forward to welcoming you to our farm.
