The main entrance leads to a spacious open plan living room and dining area with integrated modern Kitchen area with ceramic hob and electric oven. The beamed celings give the accommodation a feeling of light and space. Equipped to very high standards with TV, video, DVD and a CD/Radio and wood burner for when it gets cooler. A washing machine, tumble dryer and fridge/freezer are also provided. From the living area French doors open to a private, secure and secluded garden with garden furniture and a barbeque. There is ample accommodation for seven in four bedrooms. With one Superking/twin double bedded room and en-suite shower room. In addition there is one double bedroom, one twin bedded bedroom and one single bedroom. All bedrooms have bedside tables, wardrobes and drawers. There is a seperate family bathroom, with shower/bath, basin and loo. A cot and high chair are available on request. Electricity and oil-fired central heating are included in the price along with a starter pack of fuel for the wood-burner. (Further fuel can be purchased from Jex Farm). Dogs welcome.(See prices).
